About Kingman, Arizona
Kingman
has emerged as a new vacation community destination for the Southwest. Boasting
ideal weather and clean mountain air, Kingman’s 3,500 foot elevation is perfect.
We have year round moderate temperatures. The sun shines 300 days a
year here. Kingman has a four-season climate, but without extreme weather changes.
CastleRock Village is nestled in the beautiful Hualapai Valley, between the Hualapai and Cerbat Mountain ranges. The Hualapais, just 15 minutes from your doorstep, have beautiful hiking trails and camping opportunities at an elevation of over 7,000 feet. Sports enthusiasts will enjoy the hunting, boating and fishing at the nearby Lake Havasu and Lake Mead, as well as the skiing destinations less than two hours away. The Colorado River is just a short 40 minute drive.
For
those who enjoy visiting the casinos, there is no better location than Kingman.
Laughlin is an easy 40 minute drive, and the world famous Las Vegas Strip is
just a two hour trip. The Hoover Dam bypass (scheduled to be completed in 2010)
will make your drive from Kingman to Las Vegas just 90 minutes. Hoover Dam and
Lake Mead are just an hour away to the north, and visitors will love the London
Bridge in Lake Havasu to the south. Even Arizona’s natural wonder, the Grand
Canyon, is just three hours away!
Over the past few months, Kingman has again earned national attention for its special lifestyle. In fact, Relocate America recently selected Kingman as one of its “Top 100 Places to Live.”

At the heart of Kingman’s famous Hualapai Mountains lies CastleRock Village, and we are excited to welcome you.
